About Hugh
Professor Hugh Fullagar is a leading accredited sport & exercise scientist based at the University of Reykjavik, Iceland. He has over a decade of experience working with elite athletes, fire fighters and military to optimise performance, minimise injury risk and promote more effective recovery. Hugh is widely recognised for his research, leadership, and teaching in the field, especially on recovery for optimised performance. His approach is collaborative and results-focused, using proven scientific methods to enhance athletic and occupational performance standards.
