When it comes to sleep, there’s never been a tougher time to be a teenager. Unprecedented screen addiction is on the rise, and all research demonstrates a negative correlation to sleep quality. From a student's perspective, insufficient or poor quality sleep can lead to poorer memory, alertness, nutrition habits and productivity. Improved sleep leads to improved performance, in all facets of life.
